Terms & Conditions of order
1. Advance payment is our policy for
new buyers, Credit facilities only for regular customers
with good reference according to agreements. All price are
quoted in US DOLLARS F.O.B. Indonesia, excluding packing
costs, freight cost & export documentation cost. All prices
are indicative, as prices the some fishes are seasonal.
Special prices upon request and subject to validity period
specified.
2. Shipment will be done within 10
days (Quarantine period and Documents preparation) due to
Pro-forma Invoice approval and confirmation of Payment.
3. Death On Arrival fishes must be informed maximum 24
hours after received of shipment, any shipment without that
news will be accepted as no claim shipment.
4. Any mortality less than 5% must be accepted by
Consignee, Fish death more than 5% mortality can be claimed
and will be replace on next repeat order or refund to the
consignee.
5. All prices are quoted FOB at Jakarta International Port
and can be changed without notice but will be advised to
your order list.
6. Prepaid or collect shipment can be done according to
both side agreement.
7. Handling charges is US$ 100 per shipment and Packing
Charges is US$ 6 for each box, other additional charges
follows to airline company regulation and destination

10. We use Insulated Styrofoam box 75 cm (W) x 49 cm (L) x
38 cm (D) which wrapped with plastic cover to avoid of
water leakage. Each box contains 1 plastic/fish bags,
about 12 – 14 kg in weight ( depend of pairs of fish
1 box = 500 gram of fish weight + water)
